Get Ready for Summer League Tune-up

 

The Nitro Swim Center, the areas ONLY INDOOR Olympic sized facility with 23 AWESOME SWIM lanes, and home to the Back to Back to Back Texas Age Group Swimming Champions is pleased to offer the Get Ready for Summer League Tune Up Clinics again this season!!

 

All swimmers from the Capital City Summer League, Northwest Swim Circuit, the Austin Aquatic League, the Austin Swim League, and all other summer swim associations are welcomed to participate.

 

When: Saturdays in February, March, and April (first clinic will be Feb 4th). Subsequent dates will be Feb 11th, 18th, 25th; March 3th, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st; April 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th.

 

What time: 12:00PM-1:00PM

 

Cost: $140 for all three months of Feb, March, April.  $100 for March and April. $50 for April. NO registration fees, NO team fees, No hidden fees. We will prorate based on start date, but don’t miss a single session!

 

Topics to be covered: All four competitive strokes, proper technique, race strategies, dives/starts, turns, and finishes. Give your swimmer(s) the edge heading into their summer league season, regardless of what team they will be representing.

 

Who is eligible: Anyone age 6 and older who can complete a length (25 yards) of side breathing freestyle unassisted and a length of backstroke.

**This is NOT a Learn to Swim program. If lessons are needed, we have the Nitro Swim School, the best swimming lessons program in the area to serve you. The Saturday stroke clinic sessions are geared to kids who can already swim, but are looking to get BETTER prior to their summer league starting up in May.

 

What to bring: Good swim suit, kickboard, and a quality pair of goggles. The Nitro Swim Center has kickboards and goggles available for purchase.

*Nitro will not offer any make ups or credits for any Saturdays missed.  We will pro-rate based on the start date.  No discounts for multiple swimmers.

 

How to Register: Come see us at the Bee Cave Nitro Swim Center, 15506 Hwy 71 West (only 2.7 miles west of the Galleria off the north side of 71 – just 1 mile west of Hamilton Pool Road!)
